How to Fix the Home Button Lag on Your Samsung Galaxy S4

Open up the S Voice app, hit the Menu button (the one to the left of the Home button), and tap on “Settings”.
Simply uncheck “Open Via Home Key”.

That’s it!

Now, if you want to launch S Voice, you can go straight to the app, use a widget, or if you use a custom launch, you can set a gesture.
